Property investor and asset manager NAS Invest is continuing its series of letting successes in the office location of Frankfurt. The Senckenberg Tower is now close to being fully let. This is made possible by the conclusion of a long-term lease agreement with Kompass Group AG. JLL advised on the letting. Only the 23rd floor with its approx. 940 m² is still available. Demand for this customisable space also remains high.
Despite the challenging market environment, NAS has recorded a number of letting successes, particularly in recent months. Since the end of last year, new tenants have been found for a total of almost 4,000 m².
